"You do not have to navigate this alone." A calm and confidential space to be heard — child, teen and adult counselling support that meets you where you are, in the heart of Delhi.

Vinita Gupta is a Delhi-based psychologist and RCI Registered Rehabilitation Professional (NIEPID) with 7+ years of experience helping individuals and families understand themselves with greater clarity and kindness — through child counselling, anxiety support, relationship counselling and emotional wellness work.
Her practice blends evidence-based psychology — CBT, DBT, mindfulness — with a deeply human, non-judgmental presence. Sessions are unhurried, private, and designed around the person sitting in the room, not a one-size-fits-all framework.
Whether you're a parent worried about your child, a teenager finding the world heavy, or an adult quietly carrying too much — there is space for you here.
From the first consultation, we listen — closely. Every plan is personal, paced to you, and rooted in current psychological research.

"We were lost as parents. The guidance we received didn't just help our daughter — it changed how our whole family talks to each other."
"For the first time, therapy didn't feel clinical. It felt human. Honest. And quietly transformative."
Yes. Confidentiality is the foundation of our work together. What you share stays between us, with the only exceptions being situations involving immediate safety, as required by professional ethics.
Absolutely. Everything you share — including the fact that you are in therapy — stays strictly private. Records are securely stored and never discussed with family, employers or anyone else without your explicit consent. The only legally and ethically required exception is if there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else's.
Online sessions are conducted on a secure, end-to-end encrypted video platform. You receive a private link before your scheduled time. All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection and roughly 50–60 minutes. Many clients find online sessions just as effective as in-person — and significantly more convenient.
If something inside you has been quietly asking for support — whether it's anxiety, low mood, a relationship strain, parenting worry or simply a sense of being stuck — that is enough of a reason. You don't need a 'big enough' problem. The first session is a relaxed conversation; you can decide afterwards whether to continue.
Yes. A significant part of the practice is dedicated to adolescents (12–19 years). Teen sessions are confidential, developmentally attuned and paced by the teenager themselves. Parents are kept informed about the broader process without breaking the trust of what's shared in the room.
It varies. Some clients find meaningful relief within 4–6 sessions; others choose deeper, longer-term work. We re-evaluate progress together every few sessions so the work stays focused and intentional. There is no fixed package — you decide the pace.
A standard session is 50–60 minutes. Most clients begin weekly, then move to fortnightly as things settle. We'll decide together based on what feels right for you.
Gently. The first session is a relaxed conversation — getting to know you, what's bringing you in, and what you're hoping for. There's no script you need to follow.
